President Erdogan announces new measures for the epidemic after cabinet meeting

After completing his agenda abroad Erdogan had the opportunity to bring together his cabinet to make important decisions to revişe restrictions regarding covid-19 epidemic.
The Cabinet meeting, postponed due to the NATO summit, was held at 15:00 today. After the Cabinet meeting, AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a statement. The eyes for the removal of pandemic restrictions on coronavirus were at this meeting. The meeting discussed new steps for normalization after June 22.
The cabinet discussed issues on the country’s agenda, especially the fight against Covid-19, ongoing restrictions, vaccine work, developments in the tourism sector.
Down below is the new decision taken by the cabinet and shared by President Erdoğan: “Turkey has been the shining star of the epidemic ERA in the world. Curfew restrictions will be lifted completely as of July 1 – to include intercity travel restrictions, restrictions on urban public transport.
