President Erdogan: I am asking my nation for a little more patience

President Erdogan made some statements regarding the latest issues on the agenda. Erdogan who spoke at a mass opening ceremony shared following

“The issue of overpricing, some of which arose from market anxiety, and some of which arose from opportunism, has gradually begun to settle down. We expect a little more patience and support for the national struggle, from my nation.”

Turkey has protected its citizens in the best way at every stage of this troubled period. Not only that, but we continue to take a step-by-step approach towards our goal of becoming one of the leading countries of the new global management and economic system.

Of course, my brothers and sisters, there are also costs that we pay while overcoming every adversity. For example, we left the epidemic period behind with a loss approaching one hundred thousand, but by providing our people with the highest standard of health care in the world.

ERDOGAN ASKS FOR PATIENCE

”On the one hand, we are working to turn the developments in the world in favor of our country, on the other hand, we have taken measures to ensure our citizens do not suffer inflation”

He went on to say following as well: “We are reducing the burden of cost of living on our people’s shoulders with the increases we have made in the incomes of all sectors from the minimum wage to civil servants and pensions. Unbalanced pricing, part of which was caused by market anxiety, and part by opportunism, gradually began to settle down. As a government, we are closely monitoring those who are pursuing daily earnings at the expense of damaging the country’s economy.

I hope that we will solve today’s problems again, just as we have brought Turkey together with centuries-old services that have been removed from every situation in the last two decades. I expect a little more patience from my nation and stronger support for our struggle. I have no doubt that Istanbul, our greatest love, our greatest pride, will always be with us in this great struggle. With the help of God and the support of our nation, we will march to reach our blessed target by raising our country to be among the ten largest economies in the world by 2023.”
