Erdogan says vaccination charged even in Europe’s most developed countries

President Tayyip Erdogan has said covid-19 vaccines are being implemented paid, in European countries.

In his speech on 25 June, Erdogan had said that £ 100 was charged for vaccinations in Britain. However in said country, vaccination is free of charge, just like in Turkey.

Addressing his party membersat the opening ceremony in Sakarya, Erdogan said that even the most developed countries in Europe today applied vaccines for a fee, saying: “they do it by taking 50 pounds, 100 euros, money in this way.” However, Erdogan did not cite any country as an example.

The president continued: “Have we received a penny from our people in vaccines? And they gave us advices. ‘It doesn’t happen like that, take a certain price.’ No. We have set out to be a state that cares about the health of its citizens, in the first place. We owe our existence to our people. Where do all these taxes come from? From our people. Where will they return (be spent)? To our people.
