Reading glasses can become history with these eye drops
An eye drop has been developed by scientists in the USA that improves near-distance vision disorders. According to reports in the country’s press, Vuity, an eye drop that improves near-distance vision disorders, began to be recommended by ophthalmologists after approval for use by the US Food and Drug Administration.
AN ALTERNATIVE TO READING GLASSES
Dr. Scott MacRae, an ophthalmologist from the Center for Visual Sciences at the University of Rochester noted that Vuity can be a useful alternative for anyone who does not want to use reading glasses.
Dr. George Waring, an ophthalmologist and medical director of the Waring Vision Institute in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina also stated that the drop in question was a good alternative to glasses for people who have visual difficulties at a close distance.
IT DOES NOT BLUNT THE ABILITY TO SEE FAR
Waring pointed out that Vuity has a distinctive difference from close-range glasses, noting that eye drops also do not blunt the ability to see far, like close-up glasses. It is known that those who wear close-up glasses should remove the close-up glasses to get fast and clear views when they need to see far distances.
