The rate of rent increase for February goes upto 22.58 percent
With the announcement of inflation figures, the rental growth rate for February became clear. The Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) has published the first consumer and producer price indices of the new year.
Accordingly, the CPI increased by 11.10 percent in January 2022, compared to the previous month, by 11.10 percent compared to December of the previous year, by 48.69 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and by 22.58 percent compared to the twelve-month averages.
INCREASE RATE IN RENTS
The rental increase rate, which is determined based on the twelve-month average of the CPI, was found as 22.58 percent for February.
