The Turkish Statistical Institute announces the “Happiest Provinces in Turkey”

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has revealed the happiest provinces in Turkey. Among the 81 provinces, Sinop ranked first with the highest happiness rate.
Bayburt, with a happiness rate of 75.91%, was the only province from the Eastern Black Sea region to make it into the top 10 happiest provinces, while Sinop from the Central Black Sea region topped the list.
Sinop’s happiness rate was determined to be 77.66%. On the other hand, Şırnak ranked last on the list with a happiness rate of 71.36%.
According to TÜİK data, the top 10 provinces with the highest happiness rates are as follows:
1. Sinop – 77.66% happiness rate
2. Afyonkarahisar – 76.43% happiness rate
3. Bayburt – 75.91% happiness rate
4. Kırıkkale – 75.48% happiness rate
5. Kütahya – 73.76% happiness rate
6. Çankırı – 73.5% happiness rate
7. Düzce – 72.77% happiness rate
8. Uşak – 72.34% happiness rate
9. Siirt – 71.65% happiness rate
10. Şırnak – 71.36% happiness rate
