The US lifts travel warning to 90 countries, including Turkey

The United States has removed Turkey from the list of “dangerous flight destinations to travel to, due to Covid-19”.

The decision came after the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reduced the level of travel warnings to 90 countries, including Turkey, from four to three.

Among the countries in this category, in addition to Turkey, there are also countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Israel, Greece, Italy, Spain, Australia and Japan. It is not recommended that unvaccinated US citizens travel to countries placed at the third level.

The fourth level is applied to countries where the number of cases is high or rising rapidly. The CDC recommends against traveling to these countries.
