HOT WEATHER IN TURKEY

HOT AIR FROM BOTH AFRICA AND BASRA

Temperatures will increase by 6-10 degrees throughout the country. From Wednesday to Sunday, thermometers will show 44-46 degrees in the Aegean, Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia.

THE  TEMPERATURE IN ISTANBUL WILL BE FELT 38-40 DEGREES

In the Marmara Region and Istanbul, the temperatures will be around 30-32 degrees for the first 3 days of the week, but Istanbul will reach 35 degrees from Thursday. Along with the humidity, the palpable temperature will reach 38-40 degrees at noon. It is best to avoid being outside at noon from Thursday in the city, which is already crowded and suffocating, and to work from home if possible.

TEMPERATURES WILL REACH 46 DEGREES IN THE EARTHQUAKE ZONE

Temperatures in the Mediterranean and Southeast, which are already hot in the summer season, are rising above seasonal norms. The temperature is 44-46 degrees in Kahramanmaraş, Hatay, Adana, Gaziantep, Adiyaman, Diyarbakır provinces. In container cities located in earthquake zones, the temperatures felt by the effect of the sun’s rays reflected from the ground are even higher. Cardiovascular patients, blood pressure patients and the elderly in the region are in danger.
