Torrential rainfall has engulfed the country: The masses are intensifying

The downpour, the General Directorate of Meteorology and AFAD warned about, began to show itself in many cities of Turkey. It is expected that the rains, which are effective in Istanbul and Bursa since the morning, will continue in many cities. In the radar images shared by Meteorology, the masses concentrated in the Marmara Region attract attention.

The precipitation warned by the forecasts published by the General Directorate of Meteorology are seen in several places. According to forecasts, torrential rainfall will manifest itself in a significant part of the country today. The entire Marmara Region, especially the northern parts of the Aegean Region, a significant part of the Black Sea Region will be affected by torrential rains. The rains are expected to lose their effect from tomorrow.

According to estimates from the Department of Meteorology,

Northern, Central, inner and western parts of the country will be partly cloudy. The western part of the Marmara, North Aegean, central Anatolia, northwest, west and central Black Sea, eastern Black Sea coast, Antalya, Isparta, Turkey, north of Adana, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş and Hatay will see local showers and thunderstorms.

ITS STRENGTH WILL INCREASE FROM PLACE TO PLACE

Precipitation is expected to be strong in the east of Marmara, the Western Black Sea (except Sinop), the inner parts of Çanakkale, the surroundings of Eskişehir, and the northern and western parts of Ankara and Çankırı.

No significant changes in air temperature are expected. It is predicted to be usually around the seasonal normal and that it will move above the seasonal normals in places in the eastern regions.

The wind is generally expected to blow from the north, slightly from the west and southwest in the Mediterranean coast and southeast, occasionally with moderate force.

MANY CITIES WILL BE AFFECTED

The highest temperatures of the day with the expected weather in some provinces are as follows:

Ankara: 31 degrees, partly cloudy and very cloudy, showers and thunderstorms are predicted to pass. Precipitation is expected to be locally strong in the northern and western parts after noon.

Istanbul: 27, it is forecast to be partly cloudy and very cloudy in places, with showers and thunderstorms locally. Rainfall is expected to be locally heavy tomorrow.

Izmir: 30, partly cloudy and very cloudy in places, with local showers in the inner parts and thunderstorms.
