Turkey allows 65 and older to leave home for 4 hours on single day

The presidential cabinet was headed by Erdogan at the 6th Huber Pavilion in Tarabya. Video conference was used at the meeting which started at 15:10. The cabinet discussed issues such as requests for citizens 65 years and older to leave home, dates of exams, extension of the restrictions on entry and exit to 31 cities.

The possibility of a 4-day curfew on May 16-17-18-19, which includes the youth and Sports Day commemorating Atatürk on May 19 and May 23-24-25-26 which is Ramadan Feast was also on the agenda of the cabinet.

The president made the following important statements after the Cabinet meeting.

-65 year old and over and 20 minus will be allowed to leave home for 4 hours on a single day.
First application will be on 10 May between 11-15:00 hrs.

-In 7 cities such Aydın, Antalya and Muğla, driving restrictions are abolished.

-0-14 age population will be allowed between 11-15:00 on May 13
-15 – 20 will be allowed for same hours on May 15

-Hair dressers will open on May 11.
-Taxi drivers: single double numbers application will be finished on May 5th

And to be important again mask sales will be free provided the price does not exceed a fixed price by the government.
