Turkey Needs Young Entrepreneurs

Each year, a number of 750,000 adds to the population in Turkey, seeking for a job.

The country certainly needs new/more entrepreneurs/investors to create employment for those newcomers.

The world has been going through a constant change and a youngster graduating from a university in Kayseri may have to challenge engineers from Germany or software programmers from Indıa.

Among Turkey’s priority needs is the necessity of entrepreneurs.

In the past the only important element for this was financial sources. To succeed in business life one had to be in possession of big financial sources and entrepreneurs without money hardly stood any chances of surviving.

Whereas at our times, other factors mentioned below have gained much more importance (on top of finance certainly);

• Using imagination to the full (thus creativity)
• Focusing on the target
• Never giving up on the way to achieving the target

Turkey is a young country (with vast cultural inheritage from the past, though) with quite a young population as well, hungry for anything new. This is to include technology, fashion, vehicles, education and everything.This certainly shows there is a big market for consumption in this part of the world and this is exactly why it has received so many foreign investment initiatives for the past 2 decades, in specific.
