Turkish-Arab Economic Forum kicks off in Istanbul

The 7th Turkish-Arab Economic Forum (TAF) begins today with an agenda of improving the economic cooperation between Turkey and the Arab countries in the light of the ongoing political upheaval in the region.

The forum is held under the auspices of Turkey’s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and organized by Turkish Ministry of Finance and Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK), the League of Arab States and the Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey (ISPAT), begins today with an agenda of improving the economic cooperation between Turkey and the Arab countries in the light of the ongoing political upheaval in the region.

The two-day forum, taking place at the Four Seasons hotel with the attendance of over 600 participants, will focus on business and investment opportunities in Turkey and the Arab world.
