Turkey’s Defence Minister and commanders at Iraqi border! Critical development before ground operation
Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar and the accompanying Turkish Armed Forces command staff are conducting inspections of the troops on the Iraqi border.
Akar moved to the border line in the morning after his shift he carried out during the night at the Operations Center of the Land Forces Command yesterday
Akar arrived at Hakkari Yuksekova Saladin Eyyubi Airport with Chief of the General Staff General Yaşar Güler, Land Forces Commander General Musa Avsever, Naval Forces Commander Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu and Air Forces Commander General Atilla Gülan. From there he went to the 3rd Infantry Division Command.
With the Turkish Armed Forces command level accompanied by Minister Akar, inspections and inspections of the troops on the border line are continuing.
These developments also indicate that a possible ground operation could be quite close.
