Turkish PM slams European countries for supporting terrorism

ERDOGANTurkey Turkish premier reacts to European countries supporting terrorismTurkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Friday that Turkish nation would never forget the mentality which did not condemn terrorism, and those who committed these heinous murders.

Delivering a speech at a gathering in Ankara, Erdogan said that whenever Turkey took steps to boost communal compromise, peace, democracy, justice and freedoms, the country suffered from such attacks.

Erdogan said that some administrations which could not prevent acts of terrorist organizations were the shame for Europe.

Premier Erdogan said that they were deeply sad over the attack in southeastern province of Hakkari, and condemned those who staged this attack and those who supported this network of killing.

On Wednesday a terrorist attack took place in Hakkari killing 24 soldiers and wounding 18 others. Following the attack, Turkish military initiated a land operation backed by air forces within Turkey and in the north of Iraq on Thursday.
