Unforgettable Zipline experience over Euphrates river makes adrenalin seekers happy

Zipline line established in Dark Canyon (Karanlık Kanyon) which is the world’s second Grand Canyon in the Kemaliye District of Erzincan, attracts the interest of adrenaline enthusiasts. Many citizens and foreign tourists who visit the place enjoy zipline and boat tours.

Zipline has become a new activity for adventure lovers in Kemaliye district, which is 150 kilometers away from Erzincan and is known for its nature and adrenaline sports. The zipline line established on the Euphrates River in the district with the Dark Canyon, which is the second largest canyon in the world after the Grand Canyon in the United States, is being flooded by adrenaline junkies.

The zipline, which is 20 meters high and about 200 meters long and built on two separate lines, attracts interest from local and foreign tourists. After the necessary security measures are taken, adventure lovers tied to reels on steel ropes suddenly find themselves travelling on the Euphrates River.

Nature lovers of all ages who reach the starting point again after a 5-minute journey enjoy the opportunity of having great excitement.

The owner of the business says he has realized this investment after having seen zipline dduring a visit to the Black Sea region and adds that the longest zipline line in the Eastern Anatolia region is in Kemaliye now.

He also says following: “We take those who come here for a boat tour in the Dark Canyon, and then we give them adrenaline on the zipline line after the trip. We expect everyone to come to Kemaliye”.
