Uzungöl, popular tourism center in Trabzon receives snow in March

Uzungöl, the world-famous tourist center in the ÇAYKARA District of Trabzon has turned white with the snow that fell in March. In Uzungöl where pine trees are covered in white, insatiable landscapes appear, while visitors play horon and snowball.

Uzungöl which is a natural wonder in the Eastern Black Sea tourism center with its natural beauties, has taken on a separate beauty with the snow falling at the end of March. Uzungöl is dressed in white with beautiful images and the stream that feeds the lake and its surroundings. In Uzungöl, where authentic architecture, steep slopes and magnificent forest cover coexist, the snow thickness has reached 60 centimeters. The tourist center where the snowfall continued, visitors enjoyed the snow and nature.

A small number of nature lovers who visited Uzungöl experiencing its most peaceful days due to the Coronavirus outbreak, had fun playing snow ball and hovering over the snow to warm up in the cold weather.
