Weather Forecaster at Meteorology: “Precipitation will begin throughout the country tomorrow”

Cengiz CELIK, a weather forecaster at the General Directorate of Meteorology hasannounced that precipitation will begin throughout the country from tomorrow.

Stating that precipitation will be seen tomorrow, especially in the Southern Aegean and Mediterranean from time to time, CELIKcontinued as follows:

“Precipitation will start in the Southern Aegean tomorrow morning, and will be observed in the Southern Aegean and the entire Mediterranean Region towards noon. From the beginning of the week, we will see rainfall in all the country, except for the northwestern parts, mainly in the southern and eastern regions. These rains can also be strong from time to time, especially in the Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia Regions, as well as in the south of the Eastern Anatolia Region.”

HEAVY RAIN AROUND MUGLA, ANTALYA AND ESATERN MEDITERRANEAN

CELIK gave the following information about precipitation throughout Turkey: “Tomorrow morning, we may see heavy rains around MUGLA from time to time. Again, from noon tomorrow, we will see heavy rains, especially in the eastern parts of Antalya, and then in the Eastern Mediterranean. On Monday, we can see heavy rains in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Southeastern Anatolia Region, the east of Central Anatolia and the south of Eastern Anatolia.

During the next week, we will see rains, mainly in our southern and eastern regions. However, there will be December rains, especially in the north, especially in the east of Marmara and the Black Sea coastal part, at intervals. With the clouds coming over the Black Sea with the northern winds, the east of Marmara and the Black Sea will also see intermittent precipitation throughout the coming week. Almost all of the precipitation throughout the country will be in the form of rain and thunderstorms.”
