Weather in Turkey: Yellow code warning for 20 provinces from Meteorology
The General Directorate of Meteorology issued a ‘code yellow’ warning for 20 provinces. Heavy downpours are expected in these provinces.
Precipitation is expected to be strong in some places around Aksaray and Giresun, as well as inland parts of the Western Mediterranean, Central Anatolia (except for Eskisehir and northwestern parts of Ankara), the Central Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea coast and around Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Uşak, east of Denizli, Adana and Gümüşhane over time.
It is predicted that there will be no significant change in temperatures and they will be below seasonal normals in the inner and western parts, and around seasonal normals in other places.
