Weather turning to winter: Temperatures to drop rapidly

According to the weather forecasts of the General Directorate of Meteorology, air temperatures will continue to fall. Snow will be seen in the interior and high parts of the country in the middle of the week.

The temperatures which are above the seasonal norms, will start to decrease from today. While rain is expected for two days in the northern parts of the country, snowfall will manifest itself in the interior and high parts of the country in the middle of the week.

THERE WILL BE HEAVY RAINFALL IN THRACE

According to the most recent assessment; Marmara, (except the southern part of Balikesir Bilecik), Western Black Sea, Samsun and Ordu intermittent torrential rain and very cloudy starting from the western part; other places is expected to be partly cloudy.

The expected precipitation around Kırklareli and Edirne is expected to be locally strong, haze and fog are expected to be seen in the interior of the country in the morning and at night.
