Important news in Turkish politics: Six-party table will announce presidential candidate in early January

As the 2023 elections, which are of vital importance for Turkey approach, citizens have entered into a strong expectation for many things to improve in the country after the elections. The fact that the people’s alliance and the 6-party table appear to be ahead in the polls, and moreover, the likely candidates who will face Erdogan for the presidential election seem to stand better chances, increase these expectations.

Voters who are going to vote for the opposition want to know who will be the candidate they will support. Mr. Kemal ÖZKIRAZ, a prominent figure in political issues and president of Avrasya (Eurasia) Research Company, has shared important information about the issue.

SIX-PARTY TABLE TO DECIDE WHO WILL BE THEIR PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, IN JANUARY

According to the information shared by Kemal Özkiraz on his Youtube channel, the 6-party table will announce the presidential candidate in early January. In the video he shared on his social media account OZKIRAZ added he had received this information from Bülent TEZCAN, one of the most important and trusted executives of the main opposition party CHP.

IF COURT OF APPEAL APPROVES BAN ON IMAMOGLU HE WILL HAVE NO CHANCE FOR CANDIDACY

Meanwhile, according to OZKIRAZ’s assessments, after IMAMOGLU was banned from politics (although the process is ongoing), the Mayor of Istanbul seems to have lost his chance of candidacy. Also, if the Istanbul Mayor’s Office goes out of hand to AK Party, in case IMAMOGLU is removed from office, the CHP will at least want to keep the Ankara Mayor’s Office and YAVAS will have to continue with his task, in any case. Otherwise AK Party would also have control over Ankara Municipality. Therefore, Kemal KILICDAROGLU, the CHP leader seems to be only choice left.

POSSIBILITY FOR KILICDAROGLU’S CANDIDACY STRENGTHENS

In this regard, KILICDAROĞLU’s candidacy chances seem to have strengthened even more now. Also, OZKIRAZ does not think that the 6-party table will nominate another candidate from outside the table. Certainly this is an evaluation by Mr. OZKIRAZ judging on latest developments. However, having followed his evaluations on this and similar issues so far, we can say his opinions are well worth a respect.
