WHO makes encouraging statement regarding developments in vaccine studies

The World Health Organization, operating under the umbrella of the United Nations has announced the development of 83 corona virus vaccines worldwide. “Trials have begun on people with 6 vaccines” the organization said in a statement.

The World Health Organization announced that trials were underway for 83 different vaccines against the corona virus worldwide. The organization noted that while different manufacturers and scientists had “started the race” to develop vaccines independently of each other, “clinical tests had begun on humans with 6 of these vaccines. WHO also added that 3 of these 6 potential vaccines were being developed in China.

A short while ago the organization was slammed badly for not having handled this crisis as due and also blamed for favoring China, all along. In fact, Donald Trump had also announced he would take some steps such as cutting aid to the organization.
