Why did labor union leave table in minimum wage negotiations in Ankara?

Three meetings were held under the leadership of Vedat Bilgin at the Ministry of Labor for minimum wage, today. Leaving the meeting nervous, Turkish Business Chairman Ergün Atalay, said “I will not sit at the table for anything under 9,000 liras.”

Due to the fact that there was no agreement today, the new minimum wage is expected to be announced by President Erdogan, on December 26.
