2nd Fethiye Gastronomy, Culture, and Friendship Festival to open its doors on September 25-26

The 2nd Fethiye Gastronomy, Culture, and Friendship Festival will open its doors on September 25-26, bringing together renowned chefs, academics, journalists, and writers from both Turkey and Greece at Beşkaza Square. The festival, which was first held in Fethiye, Muğla, in 2023, will be held for the second time this year on September 25-26, 2024.
Organized by Fethiye Municipality, Maria Ekmekçioğlu, and the Fethiye Lycia Women’s Development Cooperative, the festival will run from 17:30 to 22:00, showcasing local delicacies.
There will also be various events, including panels with chefs from Turkish and Greek cuisines, gastronomy writers, journalists, and academics, as well as performances like sirtaki and folklore, cooking demonstrations by chefs, and neighborhood competitions.
