4 countries close consulates in Turkey due to security reasons: Interior Minister shares statement in regards

The Netherlands, Great Britain, France and Germany have closed their consulates due to security reasons. The first statement on the issue came from Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu. Soylu said, “On the day we set a target of 60 million tourists, they were on the verge of starting a new psychological warfare in Turkey.”

Countries that have issued travel warnings for Turkey after the Koran burning incidents in Sweden have temporarily closed their general consulates in Istanbul. Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu’s silence on the closure of consulates of the Netherlands, Great Britain, France and Germany on security grounds was criticized.

The first statement on the subject came from Soylu, who participated in the ‘Gendarmerie General Command 2022 Evaluation Meeting’. He said, “On the day we set a target of 60 million tourists, they were on the verge of starting a new psychological warfare in Turkey.”

‘Terrorism is not the first item on the agenda. The moves made by Europe and America are the “I’ll give you your gun, you die” strategy. It is the United States of America that feeds the PKK-PYD. America and the West, which have been supporting and growing it with money, logistics and human resources for years, have not given up on their dream of creating a terrorist state.

America and the West do not want us to be independent and free in this geography. They started to form the threshold of launching a new psychological warfare over DAESH in Turkey 3-4 days ago, on a day when we set the target of 60 million tourists.
