The 7th Alanya Book Fair, organized by Alanya Municipality, is taking place between September 26 and October 5 with the theme Reading Makes Green. The fair is bringing together dozens of publishers and authors, offering book lovers discounted titles, signing days, and engaging discussions.

A Green Message Behind the Fair

This year’s theme highlights the importance of protecting forests and raising awareness about wildfires. Alongside the literary events, there will be tree planting, sapling distribution, and activities that encourage creating more green spaces.

Daily Book Signings and Talks

Appealing to readers of all ages, the Alanya Book Fair will host many well-known authors. Every day, visitors will enjoy book signings and interactive talks where writers share their experiences and answer questions from their audience.

Opening Day on September 26

The fair officially opens on Friday, September 26 at 10:00 a.m. behind the old Municipality Building. It will run until Sunday, October 5, welcoming visitors daily. Guests can explore publishing house stands and join signing and talk sessions with both national and local authors.

Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik extended a warm invitation to the community, saying:
