Boat Accident in Alanya! A Tourist Tragically Loses Her Life

In Alanya, a woman who fell from an inflatable boat (mable) being pulled by a boat tragically lost her life after being struck by another boat. C.A (36) was riding the inflatable boat, which was tied to a boat conducting water sports off the coast of Okurcalar Mahallesi when she lost her balance and fell into the sea.

At that moment, another boat conducting parasailing struck the woman. With the help of nearby people, she was pulled back onto the boat. Despite the efforts of medical teams who arrived after the incident was reported, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her body was taken to the Alanya Municipality morgue.

Unfortunately, these types of accidents, especially involving speedboats or other fast-moving boats, occur from time to time. It is crucial to be extremely cautious on beaches where such boats operate. There are doubts about whether official authorities are conducting the necessary inspections adequately.
