Geotourism and geoparks are rural tourism areas, and although they are 2 thousand to 2 thousand 500 square meters in size, we are preparing for the declaration of a global geopark of an area of 5 thousand 485 square kilometers to cover the entire province of Nevsehir. Within this area, 118 points bearing traces of the geological and geomorphological past were identified. All of them will be gradually opened for tourism.”
