CESME is 100 percent full… There is a big increase in bookings

Yakup Demir, President of the Cesme Association of Tourist Hoteliers (ÇEŞTOB) has made statements about the latest situation in the summer season. Demir said after the holiday holiday was determined as 9 days, there was a big increase in reservations in hotels.

100 PERCENT OCCUPANCY RATE REACHED

Demir stated that they expected an intensity in the hotel  reservations this summer until the schools are opened season and said, “We will be entering the holiday week next week. With the fact that schools are on holiday, our occupancy rates have started to increase.”

He went on to say, “On weekends, we reach almost 100 percent occupancy. During the week, we have an occupancy rate of 70-80 percent. The demand on holiday reservations are quite high. We are waiting for a busy season until the schools open.”

SHARE OF FOREIGN TOURISM IS MORE THAN 50-60 PERCENT

Not only our expatriates, but also expatriates from countries such as Iran, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Tunisia, Morocco, living and working in Europe, began to come to Turkey and Cesme.
