COVID-19 measures taken by an airline company to ensure crew and passenger safety

Down below are precaution measures taken by an airline company against the risk of covid 19 virus. According to said measures taken by the airline co to ensure safety of the crew and the passengers, in cooperation with national and international health and aviation authorities;

– Passengers are recommended to come to the airport at least 3 hours before the flight due to hygiene and social distancing measures taken at the airport.

– The airline requires its passengers and flight crews to travel with masks on all its flights. The company has also updated its in-cabin services in order to reduce contact.

– It has lifted its in-flight services on flights lasting less than two hours and arranged its services to reduce contact on longer flights. The airline also distributes disinfectant wipes to its passengers on all flights, explaining that no hand luggage will be accepted in the cabin except for laptops, handbags, briefcases and baby items as required by the rules.

– In addition, the company regularly carries out disinfection procedures that have been proven effective by international authorities. All aircraft have the HEPA filtering system used in operating rooms, which continuously cleans air in aircraft every three minutes with a 99.9 per cent success rate against all known viruses, including Coronavirus.
