With the lifting of the international travel ban imposed by Turkey on June 10,  SunExpress, the first airline to launch international flights from Antalya, Izmir and Ankara, will start direct flights from Antalya and Gaziantep to London, followed by Izmir and Ankara.

Passengers travelling from Turkey to the UK will be exempt from the quarantine as of July 10, with the UK including Turkey in its “travel corridor.” In this context, passengers travelling from Turkey to the UK, provided they have not travelled to a different country in the last 14 days, will be able to enter UK territory without being subject to quarantine.

SunExpress operates daily flights from Antalya to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin in Germany, and from Izmir to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover, Munich and Stuttgart. The airline, which operates flights to many important destinations in Europe other than Germany, connects Antalya to 21 destinations and Izmir to 23 destinations.
