Election in Turkey: Nation’s Alliance solves presidential candidate issue and six-party table returns

After the Iyi Party leader Akşener left the table objecting to the CHP leader’s nomination for presidential candidacy, Turkey’s democrats had experienced a great disappointment. Today however, the country has experienced incredible developments and as a result of a terrific diplomatic traffic, the GOOD Party and AKŞENER has returned to the “table of 6” which has been the hope for a great majority of Turkish population.

Those who are reading these lines can comfortably believe that millions of people have cried with joy in front of televisions. Now the National Alliance will continue its path even more strongly and carry the country to an environment of real democracy.

The solution found is as follows: Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu and Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavas, whom Aksener has been insisting on, will serve as executive vice Presidents. Thus, the demand that Akşener insists on will have been fulfilled, as well. Having faced a great solution, Turkey is looking forward to a real democratic environment with excitement.

In the meantime, for now, both mayors will not leave their posts and will contribute to election activities by being in charge of their duties during the election process.
