There is an increase in the number of Russians and Ukrainians who come to Antalya for a long time.

Foreigners who arrived in the early times of the war, foreigners who wanted to get a residence permit either rented a long-term house or bought houses. However, rising prices day by day have made it difficult for both Turkish citizens and foreigners to find a home.

Landlord-tenant disputes have also increased due to prices reaching exorbitant points.

Among the 1,169 neighborhoods that the Migration Administration closed to the residence of foreigners in 58 provinces, there are10 neighborhoods in Antalya.

Especially in the districts of Hurma, Sarisu and Liman in Konyaalti, where Russians are concentrated, foreigners who had difficulty finding a home when they were closed to residence permits began to stay in hotels during this time. Apart hotels, which are more preferred due to the price and home concept, extended the season they closed in October in previous years. The occupancy rate of some apartment hotels in the region reached up to 100 percent by the end of the year.
