UK RESTRICTS ARRIVALS FROM TURKEY

France has made it mandatory to implement quarantine on those arriving from Turkey due to the corona virus outbreak. Britain has also imposed restrictions on international travel as part of the corona virus outbreak, announcing that Turkey and the Maldives have been placed on the red list of “high-risk” countries.

France has imposed a 10-day quarantine on passengers from Argentina, Chile, South Africa, India and Brazil since April 24.

Citizens who will be quarantined will be allowed to go out every day from 10 to 12 hours, and at other times they will pay a fine of between one thousand and 500 euros if they do not comply with the prohibitions. Thus, Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, United Arab Emirates (UAE) were added to the list of 5 countries.

UK REMOVES TURKEY FROM MEDIUM-RISK GROUP

The UK government, which has imposed restrictions on international travel due to the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19), has removed Turkey from the medium-risk group on the travel list and placed it on the Red List, the highest-risk group. It was announced that Turkey, as well as the Maldives, had been added to the Red List.
