Galatasaray defeats Manchester United 3-2 in a UEFA Cup match in England

In the second match of the UEFA Champions League Group A, Galatasaray won against Manchester United with a score of 3-2. With this result, the yellow-red team increased their points to 4, while Manchester United suffered their second defeat in the group stage.

The goals that brought victory to Galatasaray were scored by Wilfried Zaha in the 23rd minute, Kerem Aktürkoğlu in the 71st minute, and Mauro Icardi in the 83rd minute. The English team’s goals were scored by Hojlund in the 17th and 67th minutes. Icardi also missed a penalty in the match.

Rasmus Höjlund was selected as the man of the match for the Manchester United-Galatasaray game by UEFA.

Red card and missed penalty: In Manchester United, Casemiro received a second yellow card and was sent off in the 78th minute after fouling Mertens in the penalty area. In the penalty kick, Mauro Icardi missed the target.
