Horror in Marmaris: British tourist’s throat was reportedly slashed in hotel room

It was reported that a British citizen, who was on holiday in Marmaris, Muğla, had slashed his wife’s throat while they were in their hotel room.

A dispute arose between the British couple for unknown reasons while they were in their hotel room during their holiday in the district of Marmaris, Muğla. It is noted that the argument, said to have occurred while they were intoxicated, quickly escalated into a fight, and upon complaints from other guests, hotel staff found the British woman lying on the floor with her throat slashed.

UPDATE: It was learned that the British female tourist, who was hospitalized for treatment, stated after regaining consciousness that her husband was not at fault and that she had harmed herself with a sharp object following an argument.
