We have been among your loyal customers for over 10 years now.
We have provided good references for you on many occasions and in fact supported you to get new customers all this time. I should mention at this point probably that we also design wordpress websites for small business owners over here and obviously are in the hosting business market – meaning we can orient our clients to hosting companies (with relatively good price and service).
Now however, seeing some of your prices are truly high as compared to some other hosting companies – reliable as well, we have felt the need to negotiate our prices with you.
In a situation where we can get USD 22 for a Linux hosting (nothing special, text and pictures mainly) from an efficient Turkish company (Natro namely) you quote us a crazy figure like USD 100. Amazing difference when we consider the good service referred company has been providing for us for several years now.
When we share this situation with you, based on our intention not to terminate our business relation with you and maintain contact even if with several domains and a Linux hosting, and ask you for a satisfactory discount to motivate us to stay with your company, we get a truly funny offer for 5 dollars discount only – from your office in Belfast that is.
On the other hand when we called your Office in USA several days ago your client rep was generous enough to come up with a much better price offer for USD 60 (after the discount that is) for our related hosting on your servers. The reason we did not take it at that time was to consider it and get back to you. However when we got back to you seveal days later – that is today – we were shocked with a silly offer of 5 percent discount only.
This is – regardless of whatever programs/systems you may have on your computers for discounting etc – absolutely unlogical and unacceptable.. That is, if those systems are designed/put together to satisfy AND KEEP your customers rather than playing “computer programming” games to satisfy whoever designs them (or managers/directors without a not good enough notion for customer oriented marketing)
On account of above data I would appreciate a truly authorized person (manager please) to take the bothering to give me a call at below telephone number to sort out this problem, as we still maintain our willingness to stay with Godaddy rather than terminating/stopping all our business contacts.
