Investment incentives announced by ministry, 16 new hotels on the way
The Ministry of Industry and Technology has announced the investment incentive documents for July.
According to the communiqué published in the Official Gazette, a total of 26 hotel investments were connected to the incentive in July, 16 of which are completely new and 10 are modernization.
In July, the total investment amount of the accommodation sector connected to the incentive will be 5 billion 314 million TL, while 4 billion 964 million TL of this amount will be spent on complete new and 620 million 982 thousand TL on modernization investments.
When referred five star hotels (6), four star hotels (6), three star hotels (3) and others are realized 5 thousand 400 beds will be added to Turkey’s bed capacity.
