ISTANBUL Streets – Beyoglu (Istiklal Street)
Istiklal Street is one of the most popular locations in Istanbul (and Turkey).
However it has badly lost its brilliant ambiance for quite a while dur to immense change in population and lost its regular classy visitors. Small businesses do not have good business either compared to the past. It is a pity how the street has changed for the worse in the time. (26 July 2022)
