Istanbul’s dams at lowest level in last 1 year period

The occupancy rate of the dams supplying water to Istanbul has fallen to the lowest level of the last 12 months with 35.47 percent.

According to the data of the Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (ISKI), the occupancy rate of the dams supplying water to the city was measured as 35.47 percent.

The water rate in the dams was 26.34 percent in 2020 and 35.17 percent in 2016 on the same dates.

According to the data, the precipitation that was effective in a part of the city brought an increase of 0.07 percent to the dams.

The amount of water in the dams was recorded as 23,72 percent in Istrancalar, 40,52 percent in Terkos, 41,60 percent in Sazlidere, 18,51 percent in Alibeykoy, 42,73 percent in Buyukcekmece, 37,04 percent in Ömerli, 36,29 percent in Darlik, 39,46 in Elmalı, 11,79 in Kazandere, 3,38 in Pabuçdere.
