Latest election poll: AKP votes decline in last two months, Nation’s Alliance leads by 4.4 points

According to latest election survey by Aksoy Research Company for February, the AKP’s vote share has declined by 2.4 percent in the last two months. While the Nation’s Alliance (opposition) is 4.4 points ahead of the People’s Alliance, the opinion that the opposition will win the election has become the majority again with 51.9 percent. Evaluating the results of the research, Ertan Aksoy (CEO) said, “The opposition picked up again in February”.

Aksoy Research shared the results of the ‘Turkey Monitor February Research’ with the public.

The research was conducted in 26 provinces with 1537 samples within the 95 percent confidence margin. The error margin of the research was stated as 2.5 percent.

WHICH PARTY WOULD YOU VOTE FOR IN AN ELECTION TO BE HELD TODAY?

Aksoy Research’s election survey asked the participants “If there was a parliamentary election this Sunday, which party would you vote for?”

According to the answers given by the participants, the share of votes of the parties was as follows:

AKP: 32.1 percent
CHP: 27.3 percent (opposition)
GOOD Party: 13.6 percent (opposition)
HDP: 12 percent (likely to vote against AKP)
MHP: 6.8 percent (AKP partner)
DEVA: 0.9 per cent (opposition)
Felicity: 0.8 per cent (opposition)
Future: 0.7 per cent (opposition)
Other: 5.8 percent
