Main opposition leader KILICDAROGLU makes statement on presidential candidacy
In an interview on TV CHP leader KILICDAROGLU said: “We are ready for both elections and power.” CHP Chairman Kemal KILICDAROGLU was hosted on FOX TV. He made important statements on prevailing issues on the agenda.
In reply to a question about his candidacy for presidency he said, “As the Nation’s Alliance, we may have more than one candidate. We highly respect a person’s Identity, faith, lifestyle. I volunteer to work out all problems of all those people.”
He went on to say; “We’ll do it with our friends. Turkey, our people do not deserve this. You can’t live in an environment like this. We’ll end this environment.”
EKREM IMAMOGLU (mayor of Istanbul), MANSUR YAVAŞ (mayor of Ankara) and MERAL AKŞENER (Good Party Leader) are considered to be among other possible candidates for presidency. “Based on most poll results” recently all candidates would win in a likely challenge against current president, in case of an election today.
