Main opposition party CHP takes multiple bar association law to Constitutional Court

CHP has taken the “multiple bar association law” to the Constitutional Court. Regarding the issue, CHP Group Vice President Engin Altay has said; I will make an application with the cancellation request.

The law amending the law on “legal profession act” and some laws was published in today’s edition of the Official Gazette and entered into force. The CHP had already decided to apply to the AYM with the request for cancellation, as previously explained, upon the entry of the law into force.
