Manufacturer of U.S. based Chobani yoğurt donates $1 million to ‘Turkey Earthquake Fund’

HAMDI ULUKAYA SUPPORT EARTHQUAKE TURKEY

Hamdi Ulukaya, the founder of the US-based yogurt manufacturer Chobani, shared the following announcement on his social media accounts: “I am donating 1 million dollars to the Turkish Earthquake Fund which was launched through the non-governmental organization Turkish Philosophy Funds, which is headquartered in America and has also served as an important bridge of assistance in the past disasters in Turkey.”

Ulukaya made the following call to the world, business people, companies:

“Contribute to the Earthquake Fund of Turkey in order to heal the wounds a little in the earthquake disaster of the century, the epicenter of which is Kahramanmaraş and which caused great destruction in the region with the loss of life experienced.”

Then he made the following promise: In exchange for the $ 1 million to be raised in the fund, I will also provide 1 million as additional support.

He also added an address to the call for help:
