Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar has stated that there will be no changes in electricity and natural gas prices in April.

Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar emphasized that there would be no change in electricity and natural gas prices in April, stating that a new well had been drilled in a field further northwest of the Sakarya gas field.

“As of last night, we are starting to drill a new well in a field we call ‘Göktepe,’ located further northwest of the Sakarya gas field. Hopefully, within the next few weeks, we will discover new reserves from this well. All our efforts and endeavors will be in this direction.”

Minister Bayraktar underscored that there would be no changes in electricity and natural gas prices in April.
