Municipality renovates tourist bazaars in Kuşadası to make citizens and artizans happy

SEVGI SOKAK KUSADASI RENOVATED

As part of the renovation works carried out by the municipality of Kusadasi in the tourist bazaars of the town, teams associated with the Department of Parks and Gardens have begun landscaping on streets and streets where natural stone paving was completed. The landscape work first applied in Sevgi Sokak was met with great acclaim by artisans and citizens.

Thanks  to the cooperation between Aydın Metropolitan Municipality and Kuşadası Municipality, the renovation works carried out in the city’s tourist bazaars have neared the end. As part of the work, natural stone laying was completed in Sevgi, Bülent Çağatay and Sabucalı streets and bars Street. Teams continue their natural stone coating works on health Street, Barbaros Hayrettin Pasha Boulevard and Öge Street.

In the part of Kahramanlar Street that extends to Adalizade Cemetery, infrastructure renovation works continue continuously. Landscape work was started by the Directorate of Parks and gardens of Kusadasi Municipality on the streets and streets where the natural stone laying process was completed and lighting systems were installed.

SEVGİ SOKAK (LOVE STREET) TO LOOK MORE COLORFUL

Kuşadası Municipality Parks and Gardens Directorate started the landscape works to be implemented in the city’s tourist bazaars with Sevgi Sokak. As part of the landscaping work, which was carried out on the street where there were cafes and restaurants, the green areas on the side of the road were colored by laying dolomite stones and various tree shells. Oleander, ball boxwood, ball lemon cypress, yuka drisena and velvet plants will be planted and decorated in the street will be completed in a short time.

A shopkeeper on Sevgi Street said that they are happy with the work: “I have been shopkeepers on the street for about 4 years. We used to have trouble even when we wanted street lighting to change. The current municipal government is doing everything it can to solve all our problems. All our infrastructure and superstructure work has been done. Now landscaping is being done. Landscape work is also very beautiful. Our street has been moved by the work. We will see the impact of this better during the tourist season. We are thankful for the work.”
