Putin to visit Turkey on December 3rd

Russian President Putin was scheduled to pay a visit to Turkey to Turkey and the arrangement was cancelled at the last moment due to the heavy program of the president.

Now a statement from the Prime Ministry has been made announcing that Russian President Vladimir Putin is now scheduled to visit Turkey on December 3.

The statement also made clear that the cancelled visit was actually postponed to December 3rd as agreed between Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin in a phone conversation held on October 8. It was also stated that the third meeting of the Turkish-Russian High-Level Cooperation Council would be organized on December 3, 2012,”

It was added in the statement that during the meeting to be attended by ministers of both countries, relations between the Turkey and Russia would be discussed in detail, and opinions would be exchanged on important regional and international issues.
