Record in production of electricity from the wind

Electricity supplied by Turkey from wind energy reached an all-time high of 189 thousand 258 megawatt hours yesterday.
This record was broken on December 10 last year with 187,598 megawatt-hours.
According to the data of the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation, 834 thousand 721 megawatt-hours of electricity was generated in Turkey yesterday.
22.67 percent of the production is from wind farms.
The second place is taken by lignite power plants with 15.81 percent, and the third place belongs occupied by natural gas power plants with 15.26 percent.
