Here’s the latest weather report from the Turkish State Meteorological Service

Overall Forecast: The country is expected to experience partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Regions such as Marmara, Northern and Inner Aegean, Western Mediterranean inland areas, Eastern Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, and Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia are forecasted to have scattered showers and locally thunderstorms.

MARMARA Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers and locally thunderstorms.

– Edirne: 18°C, scattered showers in the morning.
– Istanbul: 16°C, scattered showers in the morning and afternoon.

AEGEAN Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers and locally thunderstorms, especially in the northern and inland areas.

– Izmir: 24°C, partly to mostly cloudy.

MEDITERRANEAN Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers and locally thunderstorms, particularly in the inland areas of Western Mediterranean and Eastern Mediterranean. Heavy rain is expected locally around Kahramanmaras, Osmaniye, and Hatay.
