It was noted that Russian citizens have difficulty finding places in hotels in Turkey and Egypt due to the Eid al-Adha (Sacrifice) holiday. Russian media wrote that due to the Eid al-Adha holiday, Russian tourists had difficulty finding places in Turkish and Egyptian hotels.

A statement from Tez Tour and Fun&Sun officials said that due to flight restrictions this summer, demand for the Turkish and Egyptian coasts has increased well above supply, local tourists have filled most of the hotels, and prices for the remaining places have increased.

According to a report the owner of Turkom, said that as of early June, the occupancy rate in Turkish hotels was 60 percent, and in the same period last year, this rate was 90 percent.

The owner also noted that there had not been a very big increase in prices due to Eid al-Adha, it was possible to buy a tour package to Antalya for around 40-50 thousand rubles for two, and flight times had been extended, tourists should fly to Turkey for 2 extra hours, Egypt for 7.5 hours.
