Restaurant where opposition leader dined in Kayseri was closed for 10 days

The restaurant named Sinan Chef, where CHP leader KILICDAROGLU held a meeting and dined within the scope of the Kayseri program, received a ‘smoking’ fine. The restaurant was closed for 10 days before Christmas. The owner of the restaurant, Sinan Yavuz, said that he would pay his employees their salaries from home because their offices were also closed.

CHP Chairman Kemal KILICDAROGLU met with opinion leaders within the scope of the Kayseri program. KILICDAROGLU held a meeting and had dinner at the restaurant named Sinan Chef here. However, the restaurant was suspended for 10 days due to ‘smoking’.

The owner of the restaurant said following in regards: “Our guests who have reservations, we have a reservation list of about 400 people on New Year’s Eve. All our guests will be called one by one, our apologies will be conveyed and they will be compensated. As Sinan Chef, we are ready to meet all necessary. We will continue to struggle/work. My team is in good spirits. We will always continue on the road.”

According to the news of Serkan Alan from the newspaper Wall, an administrative fine of 16 thousand liras was imposed on the restaurant, which was given a 10-day closure penalty.

CHP Kayseri former Provincial Chairman Ümit Özer, who recently resigned from his post to run for deputy candidate, said, “Although the business owner did not say that he was closed by the visit of our Chairman for fear of more things not happening to him, we know very well that this closure is related to the visit.”
